This is a renovation of an apartment of approximately 80 square meters in Kolonaki.

The existing layout did not easily allow for a reconfiguration of the floor plan.

Thus, based on the existing plumbing, a radical renovation of all the spaces was undertaken, as the apartment was built in the 1960s.

In the living room, the main opening was expanded to make the living areas even brighter.

The kitchen presented a major challenge due to its very small size.

However, it was made functional.

A similar issue was encountered with the bathroom.

Special emphasis was placed on lighting and materials.
