The spaces of the building are arranged organically, parallel to the remarkable view.

Both the living spaces and the sleeping areas open up to their own outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces, which offer users unobstructed views of the Saronic Gulf.

The living spaces, along with the entrance area and the attic under the sloped roof, define the core of the modern holiday house.

The staircase is located on the facade of the building, towards the view, so that the vertical movement is combined with different perspectives of the impressive natural landscape.
